FontSmoother 2.00 for Palm

Thank you to all testers! FontSmoother 2.00 is now released. This is my utility for using smooth (antialiased) fonts in most applications. You can convert Windows TTF fonts (subject to applicable law at your location), or just use the over thirty included font packages.

New features for 2.00:
Standalone application without YAHM. Added font delete function in menu. Possibly better behavior in Calendar application on some devices. Restored Smart List mode. Workaround for FontHackV and FontSmoother interaction problem. Changed creator ID of registration code (old one still works) so it doesn't delete with the app--this should make upgrades less painful.
