Angry can't install to user

I don't get it. I just started using iSiloX and it was working great for the first few hours. Then, I get this error:
Quote:
Failed[-37] to install to user: Rob
I'm using a Tungsten T on Mac OS X. The user name of my Palm hasn't changed, but it's like iSilo doesn't have access to the Sync Manager anymore.

The documents I'm converting with iSiloX are a bunch of URLs (Salon.com to be exact). I turned off the "Follow Off-Site
Links" option so that it would just be a one-page document.

The strange part is that the conversion appears to work. I mean the log in the documents window shows how big the file is (most end up being 1.5MB, and that seems awefully big for just one page of text and one graphic!)

But I've got the destination set to a folder and neither the PDB file showed up there or in the Hotsync Manager.

What have I broken?! I've tried rebooting. Should I reinstall or what? There's only one file that the zip file contains, so I'm not sure "reinstalling" would do any good.

Any help is appreciated!

Since no one is daring to tackle this one...
I tried something new tonight. I created a new Document List and sort of "started over." Ok, now my "can't install to user" problem is gone. However, strangely enough, the document I tried to download from my site is not exactly correct. iSilo is downloading data from one link up in the hierarchy of the Source URL. Does that make sense?

Someone try this and see what you get, just so I know I'm not crazy!

Here's what I want to download:
good URL

But here's what I get when I enter the above URL:

bad URL

Is this a cookie problem? I'm a subscriber of the above journal. Do I need to send my user name info through iSilo?

Thanks!

I tested the links you gave us and it appears that the problem is with Salon.com. Try opening your "good Url" with your PC browser - Salon automatically redirects it to the "bad Url", at least that is the case on my PC.
