new java epub library: epublib

Hi All,

I've created a new java library for handling epub files.
Currently it's capable of reading and writing epub files programmatically and from the command-line tool.

It needs work in the documentation and testing department, but in its current form it's already quite useful for creating epub files or changing things like author, title and coverpage from existing epubs.
