Hi from Florida

Hi Everybody. I have been lurking for a while. I do not have a dedicated ereader yet, but my timeline is the end of August. Until then I am reading DTB and on kindle app on my netbook. I love this forum. It seems very friendly and I think it is great that it is international. I am so glad there are so many multi-lingual people here. I find it hard enough to communicate in the one and only language I blunder through daily.
Excuse me if this does't look right. This is the first time and I don't quite know how to do this yet.

Good to have your company, Treetotree. I used to use a netbook for recreational ebook reading, too. Then I got a dedicated reading device (Sony 505). I kid you not ... no comparison, for so many good reasons. Take your time choosing which gizmo is best for you and I think you'll discover that reading becomes a brand new experience. Good luck. Oh wait I do have a question. I am thinking of getting a Kindle so what format would I use to down load Mobileread books, and can I do that now on the Kindle for pc?
