I am going in Washington DC next month and I want to buy a Cybook gen3.
Where I can buy? I mean real shops, etc...

In www.leer-e.es you can find it for 235€, including the case, earphones and charger. It's not Italy, but maybe they ship to Italy.

If you know someone in the US you can have a Sony Reader PRS-600 sent to, you can order one from Sony or Borders for about 171 euros. That includes the cover that is a separate item.
