PRS-505 HEELLLPP!!! Can't use the software!!

Foolishly, I downloaded the more recent reader software, having seen some interesting freebies pointed out on MR. Now Sony have forgotten me. When I opened the software and tried to go to the ebook store, I was lost. Instead of the bookstore, I was on a general sony page which kept demanding that I register the product, even though I'd managed to sign in.

When I tried to re-register, I was told that the code was invalid "or registered already". Of course it was, to me!

Now I can't get into the bookstore via the software. Somehow, I'm also now in the UK, not US, as I was before, which limits access.

Oh poo!

After much messing about, I've managed to sort this out, I think!

Yes, thanks, Dreams. I've grabbed Vicki Pettersson - The Scent of Shadows, and Douglas Anthony Cooper - Milrose Munce and the Den of Professional Help.
