Hi! My name is Javier, I'm happy to find such a nice forum, I'm currently saving to buy my first EBook reader (There is not much offer in the local markets right now, so I'm still waiting).
Thanks for let me introduce, as you can read, my english is not good, I read well, but I write using pre-made sentences or using improvisation

so expect to laugh very often when reading my posts

Hi Javier & welcome to MR.

Your English looked fine to me. And there are heaps of members who are like you not native English speakers.

Have you considered buying a reader in the US and having it shipped to Argentina? I did that, using a mail forwarding company. Was heaps cheaper than buying one in Australia.

If you haven't decided on a reader yet, check out the Wiki matrix and this forum. It might help you narrowing it down.

And good luck on the saving - they are rather expensive. But then again, you will save money in future when you start buying eBooks.

Hya Javier. Good to have your company. Nothing better for perfecting a language than reading and engaging in conversation with those who use it as a mother tongue ... as do most of your new friends here. Really looking forward to your posts and hearing that you saved enough for a reader ... then the fun starts as you try to choose which is best for you. I can't buy one on-line because I don't have a credit card and because of my work, I can't get one for international transactions (at least for now)
So, I'm saving cash, waiting for some specialized stores that brings them near my house

But in the meantime, reading the forum and listen to what you guys have to said about every model, seems like an excellent idea.
