Multiple version of Calibre?
Can I have more then one version of Calibre instaleld at once? I like 0.5.10 for its' LRF support, and want the latest version for its EPub support. Is there some way I can have them both "installed" at the same time. I searched the registry for "calibre" and didn't find much, so that is a plus.
Could I: 1) install 0.5.10 2) copy the program-files\Calibre directory 3) uninstall 0.5.10 4) install the latest 5) create a new database directory and then have two independent versions? Thanks for the help. |

this is definitely not supported, but you could probably hack it by using 0.5.10 only from the command line for conversions via any2lrf and using the GUI/library management features from 0.6.x
