Changing the inside board in DR1000S

Luckly I've bought 3 new DR1000S in total - one for me, the other for gift and the rest one for spare(I'm so crazy for the device, DR1000S as to have spent most of my money on it and its accessories). However, the last spare one didn't turn on as I posted here in the past.
So I bought a screen broken and used DR1000S to repair it, to utilize the normal inside board in the screen broken one.
All I have to do is to open the both devices and change their inside boards each other? I wonder if there be some risks which I don't know at this time..
I attached some pics of my DR1000S and post the result later.
I wish it'll go well...

I changed my mind and I just reserve the 2 'broken' devices as spare parts for my normal one. I don't think I should open the two devices now although one of mine works well now..^^

ANOTHER Question

Can we remove the internal battery in DR1000S? I'd like to use only my external battery with DR1000S because of the internal battery's self-draining(when the device is turned off).
I tried this but the device never turned on without the internal battery despite my external battery.
Is this possible thing? Is there anyone here who knows it?

Wow, it works perfectly!! I chaged the inside board and left sensor - it seems that these are some problem. Opening the case took quite much time for me, but finally it works greatly now!!

Nice to see you were successful.
Did you encounter any difficulties apart from opening the case?

Yeah, mostly. Of course, we should take much care when handling the sensitive inside parts(board, sensor). For me, nothing was difficult except opening the case(some plastic of the case was a little broken).
Now I'm so pleased that I could repair the one by the parts of another broken device.
Thanks
