strangness with pdfs

I have been using my edge to make notes on my pdfs and it works and look fine on my edge. The problem is when I save it to my computer to look at them some of the notes and comments I made are at the end of my article all out place. The notes and comments end up under my references. I then transferred the files to my PE and they look exactly the same. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can avoid doing this in future?

it seems the information is really on page 20 because when I erased the notes on that page thinking it was just a fluke it erased the information that was on page 2, were the original notes where at.
it also happened on another pdf where my original notes were on page 1 and they also showed up on the last page

Interesting that it is page 2 notes appearing on page 20 as well. In the other example you give was the last page page 10?

Other than pointing out the above I don't have any help to offer as I haven't seen this on my EE, sorry.
