Question New to MobileRead
Hi all,
Got a Kindle2 for Christmas and love it! But now with the Ipad out I wonder if I should have waited. Any comparisons as my husband is considering getting the IPad? Thanks!

I'm not a Phillies fan since I'm not big on baseball but I'm an Eagles freak. Born in Philly but raised in South Jersey. As far as the Ipad. Maybe you don't want to rush it since there are other similar tablet system coming out this year like the wepad.

Good to have your company, Phillie. The iPad and a dedicated e-ink device are such different animals that I guess it's a little like comparing apples and oranges. All depends on what you want your machine to do. Personally, I love a single-fuction reader, but it's purely a matter of personal taste rather than any feeling that my wee gizmo is 'superior' to other options. Good luck. Neil
