Just a quick post to Books on Board/UK for actually having some customer support worthy of the name.

I recently bought Hero fo Ages from them, and it was badly formatted - not unreadable, but certainly disruptive, lots of - intruding and thlia letter transposition making words hard to guess. Contact through their website, couple of emails later, and refund sent.

I hope they pass it back to the publisher - shoddy formatting is not acceptable.
