Mentor firmware

Okay folks,
I have read this site for sometime now but find little info on the Mentor.
So far, I am really pleased with my new 6" Mentor but I can't find any info on what the icon firmware does or what the other firmware will do for it either.
If I try it and screw things up, where do I find a copy of the original to reinstall?
Can you tell I'm a knewbie?

Any testers out there with experience on these two newly listed firmwares?
How about some screen shots?

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

It seems the original firmware is not available on the web. However, I have tried both new firmwares, they are fine. Except the icon version has a little bit bug with interface language changing.

Also, all the cooler firmwares work on mentor:

I like the v1.12.10 04/02/2010 one better.

The icon version is too fancy and not as practical for pure reading purpose. Also, the default screen of the icon version has less readable area than the other version.
