Removing TOC From Recipes

Hey all,

I'm trying to modify the Instapaper.com news recipe to remove the nav bars and Table of Contents. Can anybody give me any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

stick some css into extra_css that looks like this

.calibre_navbar { display: none }
