Thanks Ea, this looks interesting indeed. I will have to give it a try; I was one of those guys who never could finish the trilogy. (But I loved The Hobbit.)

I wouldn't know anything about that, but I sincerely doubt it will be online in others formats than html. But you can make your own ebook, for example in Calibre.

Hilarious. I suggest that Appendix F be renamed:
