Unhappy Time for my 3d eReader

Less than 1 year passed since my eBookwise fell and the screen broke in pieces.
I replaced it with a Sony PRS-505 and I really loved that little wonder.
Unfortunately during a work trip, its screen got damaged and now part of it is not readable
So it's time for a new toy. I was going for a PRS-600 as the inline dictionary would be a great help for me when reading books n English. I'm only worried as I read that due to the touch extra layer the 600 is less readable than the 505. What do you think guys ?
Any other eInk device I should consider ?

I would suggest that you consider the BeBook Neo. It has a Wacom touchscreen that doesn't interfere with the clarity of the image, and has dictionary support, like the PRS-600.

Sony 900 has less glare than Sony 600. Harry already has mentioned BeBook Neo (= Onyx Boox).
If you don't need touchscreen, for casual read I can recommend nook as well.
You might consider Sony 300 as well. (No dictionary, but very similar to Sony 505).

For a 5" device, I think personally that the Pocketbook 360 is MUCH better than the Sony PRS-300. It has a much more recent implemention of the ADE software, as well as many additional features compared to the Sony, such as full folder support, search, text highlighting, and dictionary lookup.

Thanks for your answers, guys.
Just some thoughts to better focus my research:

- I won't go for a 5" device. 6" is perfect for me.
- I use the ereader intensively. Since I had my first I am reading 90% of my books on them (and I read about 100-120 books per year).
- I'm not a fan of touch screens, but I think it's the only way to have inline dictionary, and this would be really a big plus for me. I used to love it on the eBookwise and I missed it when I bought the 505.

I did some search and read some opinions and I think I'll go for the Sony 600...

Your decision, of course, but I have both and think that the Neo is much better than the 600!

Just to make sure: You don't need a touchscreen for dictionary support. Works on Kindle or nook for example without...

HarryT, I think BeBook Neo is not available in Italy yet. Is its price similar to the 600's in US ?

Mgmueller, you are right. Kindle could be another option. I don't like the keyboard, but if it's more readable than Sony 600, I could go for it...

Endless Ideas ships to all of the EU. So, it is available. You can also go for the Boox as posted above me. They're both the same hardware.

Are there any good reviews of the Neo?

I'm looking for a new reader as the PRS 600 screen is annoying the hell out of me. (Not the glare, but the contrast.)

The ability to take notes on documents, as well as decent PDF support would be a huge plus for me, so long as the contrast isn't so bad. The only problem is it's almost £300, where as a Opus is half that.

Maybe I should get a tablet PC instead, and stick with the small reader.

And on the CyBook Gen3/Opus (when using Mobi firmware) and the Pocketbook devices, too. All you need is a way of selecting a word.

Crasher, I've seen one of those units, they are pretty nice for the price.

One difference is that the boox includes the cover and the neo doesn't.
