Silliness Friday's Question of the Week: 12 Feb 2010

Given last week's performance, dare we wait? Well, do we??

No we can't wait. The poor little kitten is stuck and needs urgent assistance.

She was chasing a leaf that was blowing in the wind which then collided with the fence. The kitten, whose name is Viola, then started to chew upon the leaf as it rested on the lower beam in the fence. The wind then re-animated the frantic foliage of flight. Upon this happening, Viola pushed her head through the rather slim sliver of an opening between pillar and paling. This was done in an attempt to capture the runaway rustling piece of vivified flying vegetation as it escaped in this direction.

Viola could not pass through the wooden barrier to seize upon her escapee. The leaf blew up high and away, right over the fence. She then tried to back out of the predicament of which she was in but was unable to. Viola couldn't get out!

Now she is calling for someone to help her. Please don't wait until Friday. This sweet little girl needs us to help her now. Viola is very young and, although rather mischievous at times, is quite a special and well loved part of those who are in her life. She is, most of all, a wonderful individual who loves to have fun and be free! I want to break the fence and free the feline. But please, this is an urgent matter. Don't hold me back until Friday. Viola we will get you out! Right now!

What, are you suggesting that ramming the fence with the car and then prying the kitteh out of the wreckage with big hydraulic tweezers is not the best way to extract it from the spot it was wedged into?

You're both being silly really. By far the best way to do it would be to wrap the kitty in asbestos, set the fence on fire and then gently extract the kitten from the smoking ashes.
