jetBook-Lite now also available in burgundy and white

I was suprised to see that the jetBook-Lite now also comes in burgundy and white. I thought that there were no plans to offer the JBL in a color other than black. It doesn't look like the retail sites have the new colors yet. However, you can buy the burgundy or white JBL from Ectaco directly if you want.

I thought I had posted about this around the time the free-case thing expired, but I guess I didn't post that message, lol. Boris had mentioned that the new colors were in the pipe to be released very soon. If the white one has the same colored buttons as my regular white JB, they are more of a titanium-color than a chrome color.

I would go the Henry Ford route:

Pepole can have the JBL in any color - so long as it's black.

But that's just me.

I prefer the black as well. But if I were to get a second, I would want another color to distinguish the two from each other.

Ken- Henry Ford also said "history is bunk", so I guess you will not be installing any history books on your black JetBook Lite.

I'd still buy black. Electronic devices in red or white or whatever other color other than black look like kid's toys. They don't look professional at all.

le, when Astak asked for opinions here last year, many women wanted colors other than black.

I totally, totally agree. I despise black electronic devices, I want to be able to choose. If you like black, OK, but another people likes another colors.
