maccs Computer authorisation

HI does anyone know how to get rid of the computer authorization from a maccs and windows computer have a lot of problems with my sony prs 600.
We have two of these e-readers but we are trying to get the downloads on one computer. Only one is working but the other one gets the downloading but the e-reader is not accepted as the original owner because of the first authorization. Apparently this can be solved by getting rid of the original authorization but nobody knows how to do this.
Sorry for the long explanation.

If I understand you correctly, and I am not sure that I do, you can have authorizations on one account for different computers/readers for up to 5 computers/readers. You have to go to the Sony store from within the Reader software on each computer you want to authorize. I think this is the solution.

If you screw up, you'll have to chat with Sony support to get rid of authorizations (I had to when I bought a new computer).
