Hello forumers

Hello! I'm new around here.

I'm a writer more than a reader (that is, I read but I don't have one of these new-fangled ebook readers), so my main motivation for coming here is hopefully to get some tips from you on how to make words that I've written appear successfully on a little screen in someone's hand...

Welcome to MR, Simon

Another place to get information on readying your book for publication is on Smashwords. They have a page just for that .... How to Publish on Smashwords.

We appreciate (and like to support) authors who take into consideration that we are a worldwide forum of many devices and formats.

Enjoy the forums and ask if you would like to know anything.

Yes - Smashwords was recommended to me in another thread, and it's just what I'm after as I definitely want to make my writing available in as many formats as possible.

I'm no eBook reader snob!

Though that's mainly because I don't have one.

So - first you want to get an ebook reader. Then another. Then another... ahem... maybe just one will do

But please, please please make your words available in multiple formats
