Hi all,

My girlfriend got me the Sony 600 for Christmas, and so far its pretty good. Sony software sucks, and calibre crashes constantly... but the reader is good.

Not sure why Calibre is "constantly crashing" on you, you might try posting the in Calibre forum for help.

Have you tried your local library for ebooks? epub or pdf format can be downloaded to your computer, then to your Sony.

Also....lots of free books here to read!

Welcome. Sorry you have had issues. It's really not that bad a lot of people have no issues at all. It is very dependent on your computer, operating system, and what else is on it.
