Copied document folder

I just got a new Paperwhite and copied the document folder from my Kindle Touch onto the Paperwhite. How long will it take for all of my books to show upon the Paperwhite?

Thanks--

OK. I am seeing everything now. I had forgotten that wonderful concept of Amazon about All versus Downloaded.

However, I had everything nicely divided into folders and now everything is shown as individual books. Is there someway I can recover my nice folder structure?

No -- there are no "folders", there are "collections", and those are stored in a database.

Amazon will sync the collections organization for books you purchase from them.
If you are jailbroken, there are two different tools for exporting/importing collections and setting them in bulk, as well as a calibre plugin which works with those tools.
