Guess they'll look into it tomorrow (about 19 hours from now).

They e-mailed me back about an hour ago; according to the e-mail they're going to have their IT guys investigate and get back to me asap.

Has anyone managed to get this book? If so, which country are you in? I wonder if they are blocking US IP addresses?

The error indicates a server side configuration error. All books (in ACS4) have a unique 'resource' ID (in GUID format). The download URL/.acsm file was pointing to a GUID that doesn't exist on the ACS4 server (E_ADEPT_RESOURCE_DOES_NOT_EXIST). The solution is either to re-issue the links to everyone with the correct resource ID, or to repackage the book with the resource ID that they actually gave to everyone. Either way it will need to be on the server side.

I already registered to get the previous freebie The Schuman Frequency. I don't think they will let me register again unless I use a different email address

They don't seem to care. I've registered the same email for several of their free books.

However, they also don't check their links from outside their own IP, as this has happened on other freebies they've posted.

Interesting: it gave me the same error tonight - but it downloaded this time!

It looks like I didn't have to register again to get this freebie as I found that the newsletter email they send you has the download link at the bottom of the page and it downloads in Adobe DE with no problems so its definitely fixed now.
