Jetbook not working with Windows 7

Has anyone gotten their Jetbook (original) recognized in Windows 7 (particularly 64-bit). I get a "USB Device Not Recognized" error.

Nevermind, it appears the USB port on this jetBook is faulty. I tried on another pc with xp and still doesn't work.

When your plugging it it, is the Jetbook on?

While I've had my PC not "see" the jetbook till I turned the power on. I've never gotten a warning message.

Which color end of the USB plug are you using?
If your using the Black try the red, etc.

Definitely works on my machine with 7 Pro x64.

Its the USB port on the jetbook itself thats the problem. It even failed its self-test.
