Are there any plugins that improve the content server?

I really love the functionality, and use it all the time. But it's, well, kind of ugly. You have to scroll within little frames to read more than a line or two of a book's summary, the thumbnails are so small you can't even see them, you know.

I've Googled, but haven't really found anything. So I'm curious, are there any plugins or enhancements one can use to improve the content server functionality?

No, there are no plugins to enhance the Content server.

I'm curious, what device are you viewing it on?

Certainly the web interface could use some sprucing up but when I go to my content server and go to an author's page I get what you see in the first image. If I then click on the Details link I get what is seen in image two. If I click on the Permalink instead of Details I get image three. From my perspective a very functional interface and relatively easy to see.
