hi..
please help me choose a good reader..
what function i think i need are
1. lookup dictionary (upgradable is a plus)
2. ability to search text within
3. taking note on the book (like mobipocket reader)
4. remember the position of any books read (also, like mobipocket reader)
5. good readability/contrast (can be read on most angles)
6. remembers pdf zoom for multiple pages, can crop margin..
7. easy to hold and use with one hand (eg. while reading on crowded public transit..

)
8. wide formats supported

most of these functions are reflected from my reading experience with mobipocket reader in winmo.. i love it! but the small screen and backlight tend to water my eyes after some time..

so, pls help.. any advice/opinion is very well appreciated.

Hmm, not sure if there's anything that gets 100%, but I'd suggest the Kindle and the Sony Touch probably get 70-80% - Kindle dropping on 6, 7 & 8 with the Sony dropping a bit on 6 and maybe a little on 5. (But I could be wrong...)

Lots of advice in the eReader Matrix. This should help you to narrow it down.
