Best format to convert from

There's a book that I want to buy which I can only find in two formats: Microsoft Secure Reader (lit presumably) and Secure eReader. Which is the best format to convert from to epub? There seem to be DRM strippers for both formats, but I'm worried about TOC, formatting, etc. Is one easier to strip DRM from? Should I expect problems?

Go with the MS Reader format eBook. it will be a lot easier to convert to ePub.
