Touch Totally locked up Nook STR

Came home last night to notice that my Nook was doing an upgrade, no biggie, went to bed figuring it would be done in the morning. This morning though it is still stuck on the Installing screen and no matter how long I hold down the power button for it does nothing. Little help here?

Tech on the B&N Forums suggests plugging the device in to get a full charge. This might kick it back unlocked for you as well.

That worked. Wish that B&N could include a line of code that if the unit is not plugged in or at least at 100% charge to not automatically update it.

I think its due to the size of the update (130mb). A download that big is draining alot of folks' batteries. I'm glad this worked for you though. I'm on my second Nook now and I adore the device, but i know the CS leaves a bit to be desired sometimes.
