Companion software wont run
Just got my Irex, but the Companion software wont run. Whein I run the UpdateIrex file I get a window saying that it checks for updates and the says done. However, first it doesnt find anything - had to install 1.7 manually - secondly it just stops, no Companion Software runs or anything...

Thought I'd searched everyehere - but ofcourse as soon as I posted the above I found the solution to change the version numbers in the *.ini files. Sorry - and thanks

I had the same problem, no companion software and when I found a version in internet and I load it doesn't works, I putted a tread but nobody answer me correctly.
When I updated to the latest version of firmware the companion software desappear of my SD. I'm happy 'cause the Dr works great but I can't print my pdf documents with the annotations...and no answers from the Irex company. Regards ! |

It's on irex's website:
http://support.irexnet.com/index.php...temid=27&nav=0 You will just need to extract the pcapplications folder and contents to your DR1000's system folder and run it from the PC. H |
