The Oberon covers are beautifully made with quality leather by a small company who provide excellent customer service. You won't be disappointed!

Forgot to add - they are available for Sony devices as well.

They do look beautiful but they are all listed as "Kindle 1" covers - do these also fit the Kindle 2? Do they use the same mechanism to connect to the Kindle as the official covers (the two holes in the side of the device)?

Beautiful covers and sorely tempted to purchase one, however the estimated cost for delivery to Australia is $95 (not item and delivery) so I think I will pass.

These covers are quality, with a capitol "Q". As was mentioned, its a USA company, small family owned, and they stand behind their products.

Not just the K1 or 2 - they are also available for the DX.

I went back and rechecked the postage after I had remedied my caffeine deprived status and found that you could indeed choose an option other than the exorbitant UPS delivery charge and chose an option that was much more reasonable at $32, so my new Oberon cover should be here within a week.

I have never seen those before! Simply... stunning.

If you love your Kindle they are a nice purchase, just lovely. Only hard thing is choosing one, there are about 5 I love the look of.

Definately worth the price. I dropped by kindle on the train platform - it bounced - and it was fine due to my Oberon cover. I suppose there are other covers which would also protect my kindle, but this is mine.
