Calibre isnt working for me

Ive tried 4 times now, deleting the folder the books are in, and then retransfering the books from the kindle to that folder. Calibre says theres 212 books. On the Kindle, therese over 300 books listed. I dont get it, ive uninstalled and reinstalled calibre 4 times now, and it still comes up with 100 books short. What am I doing wrong?

uninstalling a re-installing calibre wont make any difference to this. Is there something common to the missing books? Are they in a particular format or froma particfular source etc

Most are from amazon (those seem to be transfering) others are from feedbooks and manybooks. Its hard to tell what would be common with the missing books cause theres over 100.

Totally confused. Used to work fine till now. Cant figure out why calibre wont pic up the books that it used to. Were settings changed between updates?
