Problem with my Kindle 2
Hello everyone! I am new to this forum so I apologize for digging right into a problem for my first post! I am on my second Kindle 2. I mostly use it to read the newspaper in the morning and I booted up this am and saw this split screen. I have tried to reset (hold power button for 15 sec) but no luck. Anyone ever experience this issue and fix it or am I heading toward my third Kindle 2? I've attached a picture for your viewing pleasure! Thanks in advance. Webby

You need to contact Amazon Kindle Support immediately.......sign into your account, click on "manage your Kindle", then click on "kindle support" at the top of the page.

Click on "Contact Us' at the right of the page, the use the "call me back" feature. They call withing seconds.

Looks like you might get a new one.....

Try giving it a good long charge in case the battery's mucking things up. Otherwise it looks like maybe a controller problem.
