PRS-T1 Public Library

Hi

I have a old Sony PRS-T1 works great except for being able to borrow e books from the public library. Are there any work arounds yet ? Any way to change the operating system or update it somehow to allow this a gain ? I can down load and transfer from "other" sites just not the library.

Sony stopped updating their readers to keep up with Overdrive's changes. The PRS-T3 worked with Overdrive a little longer than the T1 but eventually also stopped. You should still be able to obtain library books by downloading to your computer and syncing to your T1.

If you want to be able to get Overdrive books directly on your ereader you'll have to get a newer ereader.
