Trade PRS-505 for Iliad w/Cash

I'm thinking of trading my PRS-505 to get an Iliad v1 or v2. I like the 505 a lot but I d have alot alot alot of PDFs that I use for work etc. I did some margin cropping, PDFRead conversions etc. I've jst realized that this screen size is not for me. I'd really like an Iliad and I know the prices are not aligned. So I was thinking of the silver 505 (all packaging, software, USB, tan cover, m-edge mocha executive jacket) and $200 for an Iliad V2 or $150 for the V1. Does that sound like a fair transaction? I think the price equates. I know the 505 has had three and soon four readers ahead of it but it's still sought after because:

1. It's still supported
2. the 700 doesn't have the sharpness the 600 is almost there but not quite
3. the 300 is at par with sharpness but less features and smaller screen

so really there hasn't been a complete replacement as of yet.
