PRS-600 Was 1GB Memory Stick included with yours?

I haven't seen any mention of 1GB Memory Stick on the box (just device, sleeve, cable and guide there). So I'm wondering is this some kind of special pack or does it come as a standard?

I did get a free Dan brown book, but that came seperately.

Why are you expecting a 1GB memory stick? Never heard of one being included with the 600 anywhere.

You must have read something wrong. It "supports" memory sticks... it doesn't come with one.

Well, I've got mine with a 1GB stick included in the box in Oslo airport. The box was in an additional 'sleeve' that said "250 books in 3 languages included". Just a nice bonus I guess.

Nice deal, that one from Oslo

The Waterstones UK offer includes the new Dan Brown book, apparently - but mine isn't preloaded on my device, nor is there a slip to redeem it. But hey, no loss there, I managed to get quite a few points added onto my Waterstones card, and quickly grabbed a couple of ebooks for points a half hour later!

Yea, that is a nice bonus... but I don't think the standard package has that. They do have special package deals everynow and then.

That looks like a nice bonus pack-in! OK, that's one good reason for a memory card slot.

Maybe. There are only 2 electronics shops in Oslo Airport as far as I remember: one in each zone. They are both named Something Electronics. I payed 308 EUR tax-free for both reader and standard cover. Seems to be a good deal, compared to prices in online shops in Netherlands (330+ EUR with cover).
