Why is it we are getting a lot of threads posted to News and Commentary that are neither news or Commentary and yet the moderators allow them to remain here?

Actually, this is a comment thread about the News and Commentary forum section. That does make this the correct place for this thread. But I know some could say it belongs in Feedback. If the moderators feel Feedback is a better place, that's ok too.

I have pointed it out a few times and the topics have been transferred but since the off topic threads keep on popping up here and moderators don't do anything about it I gave up.
