Wer sich die im Wege des "Amicus Curiae" ins Verfahren "The Authors Guild Inc. vs Google Inc." eingebrachte Stellungnahme der Bundesregierung im Original (natürlich in englischer Sprache) anschauen möchte findet den vollen Text hier auf den Seiten von jurpc.de.

Jurabilis hat hier schon eines der Kernargumente offengelegt

Die allgemeinen einleitenden historischen Hinweise sind ja so schlimm auch wieder nicht.

Sowas läuft unter dem Fachbegriff "juristische Lyrik" .

Besonders nett wirkt aber auch die (formell sicher erforderliche) Glaubhaftmachung dieser Umstände durch den zuständigen Ministerialdirigenten (vgl. Fußnote Nr.3). Da staunt der Laie und der Fachmann schmunzelt.
