Ok, I have a few questions:
My impression is that Calibre is basically a computer software that does nothing to the actual device but rather is a computer based management tool for your library. Is that correct? Second, what are the disadvantages of using this instead of the sony software for my PRS-600? Thanks FR |

Yes, it doesn't do anything to the device. Well other than allow you to transfer books to it.
Some folks prefer it to the Sony software. The only real disadvantage I can think of is that with LRF/LRX Calibre won't pre-paginate the book so it's done by the device the first time you open it and the first time you go to a different font size the first time. |
