Frozen -I can't turn it off

My PR-505 is frozen. Last time I turned it on nothing worked, so I decided to restart it, but it's not possible. the menu won't work, the turn of switch won't work either and I don't have a clue how to restart it. Therefore, I tried to do a soft reset, but with no results. I presed on the back reset button for 30 seconds and it keeps showing the frozen initial screen.

Of course, before asking here I have read the manuals, the sticky notes at the beginning of this forum.

Try plugging it into your computer; you may want to clear everything off of it while it is connected.

Freezing and not being able to reset can be caused by low battery power, try plugging it into a USB port for a few hours, if that doesn't work use a PSP loader to recharge. 99% sure that will fix it...
