pdfs disappeared from Kindle!
Hello,

My husband has a brand new Kindle DX. A couple weeks ago he emailed many pdfs over to the Kindle. Today they are all gone. Any ideas where they might have gone to or how to get them back? He's very upset that his stuff disappeared.

Can you try hooking your Kindle to your computer to check whether or not they show up if you browse to your Kindle?

Make sure that your "Show and Sort" option on the Home Page is set to "show all", and not just books. The PDFs might be classified as personal documents.

If you don't have a valid credit card listed with the account, the files will be sent and then deleted.
