THRILLED TO DEATH has early Kindle-only release
My publisher has released, THRILLED TO DEATH, two months early to e-book readers only at $2.99. (Print copies will not be available until August.) In Detective Jackson's third outing, two young women with nothing in common disappear on the same day. When the socialite turns up dead, the investigation uncovers her dirty secrets, but the case runs into trouble with a suspect who hasn’t left his house in a year. Jackson's most puzzling case yet.
"You're gonna love this one."—mystery reviewer Jack Quick "A truly chilling thriller with tricky plot twists and a surprising endgame."—Christine Sherk, RG reviewer ![]() The header says "Kindle-only" but my books are also available on Omnilit and Fictionwise. I hope you'll check them out. ![]() L.J. Last edited by L.J. Sellers; 06-29-2010 at 01:15 PM. |

Two observations:
1.) Needs non-Kindle editions (others will jump on this) 2.) Cover model needs to move her freaking arms! |

1) Echelon Press will have non-Kindle editions up soon. 2) You should have seen the image before we cropped it. L.J. |

This is hard to find on Amazon, because apparently "books" does not include Kindle-only titles. A search in the Kindle Store works, or just search for the ASIN: B003TXS1LK.
This is DRM-free, so non-Kindle owners can download it (e.g. with Kindle for PC), rename to .mobi, and convert it via Calibre. |

rhadin, Thanks for your interest. I know they're available through B&N and Fictionwise. You can also download directly from Echelon Press.

Unfortunately, then, they aren't really available to people who do not own certain ebook readers. It doesn't appear that the books can be bought from Echelon Press. The one link at their website takes you to an Amazon page that can't be found. B&N's DRM isn't compatible (like Amazon's DRM isn't compatible) with most readers and Fictionwise doesn't appear to sell the books DRM free (or at all).
Why not also sell the books through Sony and Smashwords? |

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I contacted Echelon and two of the books are on Omnilit now, and the third will be up soon.

Thanks! I just saw in your tagline that you're a freelance editor. I am too. I'm part of the Blood-Red Pencil blog. I'm bookmarking your blog to check it out.
