Thumbs up Sony PRS300/PRS600 - Gallery & Article

Just came across this nice article and gallery for the new Sony "Touch" & "Pocket" Readers.

I expect to see lots of activity around them over the near future. I want 'em both! (and my 505 too)

Article

Gallery

All the best!

Good looking device, but the buttons on the side (1/2, 3/4 etc) remind me of an ATM when you select savings/cheque/credit!

You'd think a scroll wheel or up down arrows would have used instead of all of those buttons. I guess it's possible they have other uses in the interface apart from selecting options?

I wonder if a set (or sets) of the numbered key pairs will be able to be set as page turn buttons. Seems like it would make sense to me. I really like the side page buttons on my 505 (though I use both sets depending on how I'm holding it).

Actually, life is quite easy: Red AND black. (Come on, admit it, you've got the money.)

Ha ha, buying one color would already be cutting into my bike money. So, no, I can't afford two, although, kudos to Sony, these are very good price points. I can't think of what I'd do with two new ones anyway---I still have my PRS-505 which I love. But I much covet the annotation and dictionary features.

Hmmm, I think I'm going with black. Yes, I think it will be black. Heeeere black PRS-600, heeeere black PRS-600.

Pardon my silliness, I'm really excited.
