Have you tried clicking on the "new posts" button at the top of the page? This will bring down a menu....click on "your posts" and it will list all of your posts.

Yours should be there.....

Hi, p3aul!

I can only answer for myself, but I try to look at all the questions related to Calibre, to see if they 1) are for issues I also have, 2) are for issues I've solved, or 3) are for issues I should know about. (That's true for the eBookwise and Sony forums, too).

I usually post if I know the answer, unless I'm at work and don't have access to my files/notes/tools to give a good/complete answer. (Okay, occasionally, if the answer seems so obvious that even a newbie should know it, I wonder if the poster is being "trollish" - but that's rare).

We also have lots (and lots) of newbies on the list who may be just learning to use Calibre, and maybe viewing your posts for similar reasons to mine.

Please don't assume, just because there are a lot of views on your post, that people who know the answer are blowing you off! We may be planning to go home to look up the answer. We may be hoping someone else answers so we can see the answer, too. Or we may just assume that some of the list gurus could answer it far batter than we could.

And, to be fair, it wouldn't hurt to remember that everyone who posts on this list does it as a volunteer. Members are from all over the world, and even though it seems like some people live here (grandma, you listening?!), they're going to check in when it fits their schedules, too.
