Need help with SD card

I got 2 new 2G SD cards for my new 505. My 505 is connected to my computer so I plug in the first card and copy over some books using the Sony ebbok software. Everything is OK can read the book on 505's SD ... etc.

I plug the 2nd card (same brand, sam size) into my computer's card reader and click Format to let Windows format it to FAT. Created the standard 505 directory structure on it and copied over some ebooks.

The 505 refuse to read off the 2nd card. I try reformatting the 2nd card into FAT , into FAT32. Copy over the content of the first card .. etc. The reader still refuse to read the 2nd card.

Eventually I plug the 505 back into the computer with the "can't be read" 2nd card. The Sony ereader S/W did see the SD card and will let me move book in and out of it. Still the 505 still refuse to read the card stand alone.

Anyone have any idea?
