Help! kindle DX can't enter the GUI.

After I flashed my modified font, the kindle can't boot into the GUI! , kindle dx show "Your Kindle Needs Repair Palest call Amazon Customer Service at 866-321-8851 or 206-266-0927" .

I had not opened USB networking before, so I can't telnet it....
And I’m in China now, I’d like to try ebs's Kindle DX serial console

But I need some details about the electric circuit diagram of the MAX232 to DIY.
Could anybody give me some advice?
