Hi joshdu1125 and welcome to the Forum. We had a DC area get-together (formally known as a 'MeetUp') back in August. And will no doubt have another here this year.
Meanwhile, both the DC and the Fairfax public libraries lend out eBooks. I've borrowed several from Fairfax and just joined DC. |
