From Blue Nomad: If you use Backup Buddy VFS Pro, they recommend that you upgrade to the 3.1 version. It's a free upgrade for current v3 users. I just did the upgrade and it was extremely simple. Just download the file from
http://www.bluenomad.com/bbvfs/bbvfspro.zip and install on top of the current version.
If you have a copy on your expansion memory card (so that you can restore from the card), then when you do the first backup with the new version, it will remind you that the card copy needs to be upgraded also, and offers to do it with the press of an on-screen button. Couldn't be simpler. You'll find that the first backup is a bit slower, just like when you first installed the program.
