Error Upgrading

Just upgraded to the latest version of Calibre (0.4.143) and received the attached error.

The installation appears to be okay although I had to cancel at 'Cleaning up Install'

look like a file wsa in use when you were installing. Were you running a calibre command line utility or something? A solution is to reboot and then run the install before starting up any programs.

I had run and quite calibre (that's how I knew about the upgrade). Will try rebooting next time
