Truscott, Lucian K.: Command Missions, v1, 12 Feb 2009
Command Missions is a recounting of General Truscott's service in World War II in North Africa, Italy and France. It is interesting to get his point of view with his service under Patton, Eisenhower and Clark.
The original book was published with an extensive list of errata which have been fixed in this version. This book, published in 1954, did not have copyright renewed, so it is out of copyright in the US. However, as he died in 1965, his work will not be out of copyright in Canada until 2015. |
