Check back on Amazon tomorrow, they are supposed to run the promo too (it's already up on eharlequin, Sony is going to put the LRF ones up tomorrow I think)

I downloaded them from the Harlequin site as MS Reader files, and converted them to Kindle with no problems. Not that I can see reading 16 Romances any time soon, but free is free.

and

A number of them are now available on ebookwise.com as secure. They're top in the free books section.

I got a number into my cart and (after a bit of confusion with putting a credit card in even when my order total is $0.00) on to my bookshelf. Actually trying to grab them from the Online Bookshelf list in my eBookwise brings up "There appears to be a system problem at this time. The page you're looking for does not appear to exist." I think maybe I've jumped in before they've got them properly set or some such thing. Will try again in the morning.

They presumably want people to download them from FW (and, while they're there, buy other books too) rather than giving them away to their friends. Giving away "free stuff" is a common marketing ploy to attact visitors to sites.

I've just downloaded 15 of them from Sony. The Brenda Jackson book isn't showing as free atm, so if you download them all, watch out for that one.
